• If a fault occurs within the first 30 days, you may be offered a repair or replacement.

• After 30 days, a warranty repair will be provided (if the fault falls within the manufacturer’s T&Cs).

• All faulty items are subject to inspection, which may involve shipping to the original factory (at our expense). This process can take up to 30 days.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to us in all cases.
